My Thoughts

FreeForm is the real deal. I was introduced to them while visiting Sedona in 2025. They changed my whole experience with coffee. This roast is true to its description. I brew it using the 1:17 ratio, and the result is still satisfying. I’m also using the Kalita dripper, and I love it. I would definitely give this roast a shot. You’ll be sure to enjoy the quality behind it.

Reminds me of an IPA

Tasting a prominent hops flavor. Very enjoyable and different. You can discern flavor on this one even if seasonal allergies are making it difficult.

Good coffee, fun experiment

I prefer to buy 2lb bags so experimenting with grind size, water temp, water composition and brew style still leaves me with coffee to brew at my best perceived variables.
