Dehesa Pasture Raised Spanish Iberico Lard 14 oz

Item came in a timely manner and packaged well. Been using this to cook my veggies in especially covering brussell sprouts with it, throw in some seasoning, and roasting in oven. The best! It’s how veggies were intended to be cooked.

Perfect for our needs. We use this to fat wash some Spanish Brandy for a punch. Excellent quality.

Was disappointed to see that Lard expires in September, allowing only three months to consume.
