The 12 oz bottle of Baja Gold liquid ocean minerals last for a long time and it very easy to incorporate into my daily morning routine.

I like this in my water.

I am using this in my water throughout the day. I have also put some directly in my mouth and was surprised that it didn't make me gag, like the one I used to use.
