Best dark rost ive had in 35 years. Recipe: 15g ground 40 clocks with Femobook A2, Varia Flo- medium disk- slow filter. 189f degrees h2o 250nl. 45g bloom 1 minute, remaining h2o, 2 minutes 45 seconds. Thanks for the great coffee!
