I am a deluxe subscriber and really enjoy the Proud Marys special selections. But I really can't handle caffeine very well because I'm already caffeinated naturally. So I make my own Afternoon Delight blend by mixing the Ethiopian with the Proud Mary decaf. My ratio is 2/3 decaf 1/3 Ethiopian. Highly recommended if you need to have less caffeine and still enjoy a wonderful Cuppa.
