This is a really interesting product. Because I have an extremely sensitive gut, I can only handle a few drops a day, but overall it’s an excellent formulation.

I don’t know exactly how this helps, but I have the feeling that it does - in terms of my gut health and also my mental health, everything feels more grounded.
