So far I love this pan the steel thickness is just right. Thick enough to have great heat retention, yet it heats up much faster than my cast iron. It looks amazing I leave it out on my range top just to show it off.

What a gorgeous pan, It's really a piece of art. I am thoroughly enjoying getting to know how to cook with it. The pan will become a life-long friend. Thank you to the talented artisans who made it.

Seasoned up well

First couple of uses there was some sticking but that seams to have gone away. Used if for omlettes and burgers and it was great. Little lite scrub, heat to dry and reoil. Great pan so far.
