enjoy the kit products
I didn't necessarily need another shaker cup or the journal but the energy booster is a good addition and happy to try out before purchasing a months worth.

Very hard yo mix up even with battery operated mixer. For this reason, I’m giving it three stars.
This product has to be put in a normal blender in order for all the product to blend into the milk or whatever liquid you’re using. Too much hassle to use.

I really like this shake, very good taste and easy to mix up. The only issue I had was it didn’t stay with me as long as I had hoped.
