This product along with the probiotic has helped me with regularity and bloating. I can eat things I was never able to and not have to worry about that bloated stuffed feeling.

I have noticed a big difference, cannot say life changing, because well, I suck at remembering I have them to take... I am sure if I did take them more regularly, I would see a bigger change. product seems pretty legit
