I Love this product!!! It tastes good and mixes well. I've wasted so much money over the last 4 years trying to find a product the dint taste gritty or chalky. After losing 200lbs I was desperately looking for something I could use daily to help get all my protein and vitamins. This is it!

Rock is right! It's really creamy and tastes like a chocolate shake. I use milk not water. It's not chalky or taste like chocolate cardboard. It's really good and that makes me happy.
