Fantastic System

I’m 63 yo and have been working out all my life - many many running races, triathlons, and now tough weight lifting routines. I was always curious about compression therapy, tried Normatec in the recovery center of my gym and was so impressed I had to buy my own. They’re fantastic for speeding up recovery and definitely help any sore inflamed spots. My favorite is the hips attachment so far for glutes, upper hamstrings and quads, but the arms attachment works wonders for my rotator cuff and trapezius areas too. The legs attachment is probably the most popular and it feels great for my feet too. Recovery for Athletes shipped my order immediately and it was awesome getting the whole system on a great sale (and no sales tax definitely helps)!
