SmartCuffs® 4.0 - BFR Cuffs

When using my cuffs at the gym it takes longer to for the device to calibrate. Wondering if this has to do with them not being able to connect to my home WI-FI? Also, I seem to have been provide 2 left arm cuffs. The right arm is more difficult to put on and adjust properly. Going to try putting it on up-side-down to see if that makes it any easier.

The cuffs themselves are designed well and well made from what I can tell so far. However the app is glitchy and will freeze as well as randomly disconnect from one cuff and then the app needs restarted and start the process all over again. It seems that creating a more streamlined and more simplistic approach to using the cuffs would reduce a lot of headache and wasted time trying to set up each cuff every time you use it.

I purchased the SmartCuffs 4.0 - BFR Cuffs from the manufacturer Smart Tools. I had emailed customer service with a question before ordering and Nick the President responded timely with the info. The SmartCuffs shipped quickly. When I unboxed, the first thing I noticed is how classy the carrying case looks. The cuffs themselves are fantastic. Easy to setup in the app and use. I've used the cuffs for a few weeks and already noticing some definition. Excited to see continued results. Great product, excellent customer service.
