Customer Service
My product was delayed due to availability issues. The customer support was excellent giving me options on how to move forward. I ended up waiting which the product shipped as communicated. I have a torn meniscus and only been using the product for ~1 month. Results are early but so far so good.

Just received my Move+. Very pleased
Have a had my Move + for two days. First impressions are very solid product. Great quality, everything fits and works as described.
Easy to set up for first use. I did buy the extender strap so can use for shoulders as well as my knees. Would be nice if the extender strap was designed to clip into the smaller adjustable straps instead of to the light holders. But this is a tiny inconvenience.
Will review again after using for a month and can access the Move + effectiveness

An incredible device that really works
I am a ballroom dancer who use lots of knee. I could not walk about 2 months ago after a golf game due to knee pain. After serous research, I found Kineon to try. It is one of the best money I invested. I was able to attend the 5 days Mastery Dance Camp in Vegas last week. So happy!!
