Should be included
This is something that should just come with the frame. I got what I expected, including the poorly-connected strap. Thankfully, I watched DC Rainmaker's review, which showed him fumbling with the strap just as I did (but not complaining about it). It could use a little work. But no problems with it in operation, and I can live with the strap.

Great addition
Makes tailbone the IPad so much easier. The elastic strap from securing doesn’t work all that well but the unit itself is stable enough that doesn’t need it.

Gets the job done
A must-have for the Zwift Ride, it holds down and secures my iPad down very well (and my iPad is in a case for reference).
