Click works well for virtual shifting on Rouvy
I haven't used the cog yet but did install the Click units to make it easier to shift virtually in Rouvy (also not a Zwift user). It works well for that purpose vs trying to tap controls on a touch screen since I can keep both hands on the bars.

Amazing and simple integration with Rouvy
I was so thrilled to hear about the Rouvy/Zwift partnership and introductory sale of Zwift Cog and Click. When it arrived, it took about 10 minutes to update my Kickr Core , attach the Zwift controls to my bike and turn on Virtual Shifting in Rouvy. Everything worked as advertised! I was impatient, so I skipped installing the Zwift Cog and am just using with my cassette on the 15 tooth cog. (2024 Trek Domane) So nice to have this capability now with quieter drivetrain and finer steps between gears. Only feature that seems incompatible with Rouvy is using the 2x12 options but maybe I just misread something!? I’m thrilled and happy with the 1x24 SRAM emulator. Well done Zwift!!

Detracts from the realism of Rouvy
I bought this on a special discount related to the Rouvy merger and used it on Rouvy. I quickly realized that I prefer to manually shift on a regular cogset. First, it was hard to find anywhere to place the buttons that felt natural. The shifting was indeed smooth, but with no feedback - no sound and no feeling of a click on the button. It was like having a continuously variable transmission (CVT) on a bike, It really detracted from the realism that I use Rouvy for. I could see that it might be advantageous for those who compete on Zwift or Rouvy, as the smooth, undetectable shifting and 50x10 equivalent high gear would let you storm down the steepest of downhills. It would also be useful for multiple users on the same trainer with different cogsets, say 10 speed and 12 speed. But if you don't fall in those categories and you're instead seeking the most realistic road riding experience, stick with a real cogset.
