Easy recovery that actually fits into real life

I travel by plane at least once a month, so recovery and keeping my legs from feeling heavy is something I pay attention to. Firefly has become one of those things I actually use because it is easy enough to fit into my routine instead of feeling like another recovery chore. I also share them with my daughter, who plays competitive soccer, and they’ve been great after training and games when her legs are tired. That alone has made them more useful than a lot of recovery products that end up being used by only one person in the house. The extra straps are a big plus. They’re comfortable, secure, and make the devices really easy to put on and use without much fuss. Once you find a stimulation level you like, you can wear them and keep doing whatever you need to do. Between frequent travel, workouts, and soccer recovery, Firefly gets a lot of use in our house. That’s probably the best compliment I can give it. It isn’t something we bought and forgot about. We actually use it.

So glad I tried these...

Always get stiff legs and usually feel bleh after flights, so been wanting to try these. Good- easy to use and they work. Used one pair for 2 flights (under 30 hours) and that is great! Meh: the sticky part definitely gets unsticky and the wraps to use with them when this happens are rather bulky and do not totally keep secure. Would also be great if they were rechargeable and could be cleaned and reused vs tossing and repurchasing as they are pricey. Other good things: did not break out in a rash with the sticky part (sensitive and like non-toxic). Would purchase again- my body definitely felt better than without for flights. However, would feel better if they were rechargeable, etc.
