Secret Sauce

I know that supplements are the sprinkles on top of the cake (consistency, fuel, sleep, etc…), but these sprinkles might actually be the secret sauce to enhancing all of those! I have been taking SwissRX Synthesis since February and have noticed a significant difference—I run my workouts faster, lift heavier, and recover faster. I am not sure how it works but I know that I will be taking it as long as I am training!!

Takes some time and protein

I've been using this for a little over 5 months and will pass on my experience. It improves my mood a little and I didn't notice till I took it out of my rotation for awhile and then it became noticeable. As far as an Anabolic effect, I notice muscle pumps when my protein intake gets around 100 grams per day. If I come in under 100 grams I don't notice anything so I'd say it works in the presence of adequate protein. It's good enough that it's become part of my long-term protocol.

Promising, but Still Evaluating

SwissRX Synthesis is straightforward to use and fits easily into a daily routine. After using it for a while, I've noticed some subtle improvements, though it's difficult to attribute them solely to the product. I'll continue using it to see how it performs over time.
