Early Arthritis Weapon

Already a huge fan of SwissRX Collagen (so much better than the mass-marketed collagen that is everywhere). Trying this for additional joint support in an arthritis-prone knee triggered by an old surgery. I appreciate the science to do everything possible to stay on the road.

Not sure

I can not give an accurate review of Swiss RX Joint defense because I'm having a hard time remembering to take the correct recommend dose. It's very hard to find windows, during the day with fasting, to take on an empty stomach. I will try taking it during the night when I'm up.
