I’ve been taking the tablets for a couple of weeks. I notice a slight increase in my energy level the first half of the day and a decrease in my energy in the second half of the day. Whereas before my energy level was even all day.

Just meh…

I got these tablets because of a claim by an AirBnB owner that she served them to guests and the effects of the tablets got amazing reviews. For me…? Notsomuch. First: drinking a full glass of water before morning coffee has beneficial impacts anyway. I thought I was building up to some great, hydrofen-infused results, so I drank it religiously for 3 weeks. The flavor is barely detectable, and the tablets take a long time to dissolve…(I added extra water several times because it was still there when I got to the bottom. These tablets might work great for some, but for me it wasn’t worth it (except for drinking more water, but I do that anyway.)

Husband takes this daily

My husband has been taking this daily for a couple of months. With us living in Texas, he feels like this helps retain hydration when the temps rise.
