Really Works.
I started taking it after I got laid off for 4 days due to another common cold that left me weak (I had several episodes this year due to hard training; it always starts with a sore throat). Since then, I did long runs and tough long races that could have gotten me sick again, but I never did which amazed me. I felt I was close to that, but I never crossed the line at all. Will be buying more to keep the consistency alive.
