Actually super good! I was hesitant because most of the time I see high protein I feel like it's going to be super gritty or just overall gross. I figured I'd give these a shot and I love them! The toppings are a big bonus and just make it better!

The noodles have a great texture and flavor. I wish the flavor packets were a bit stronger cause I love the broth so seems to water down the flavor too much. Very filling and satisfying. The shipping took longer than expected for my first subscription

Taste is great, the texture is just a bit different than typical low protein high fat Ramen, didn't take me long to adapt and now I don't even think about it. So nice to have a big bowl of noodles without guilt. I'm sad they didn't keep a low sodium option but I can put in less seasoning and add more chili oil (yum).
