VERY LONG shipping time, although it's worth it. I already know this is a product I am reordering because it works.

Don’t expect to receive your order anytime soon. I placed my order on August 26th and didn’t receive it until September 18th — 23 days later. My biggest concern is how the product is handled during shipping. The package had very little protection, and there was zero cotton or anything inside the bottles to keep the pills from bouncing around during shipment. The package was also sitting in temperatures over 100° for several days while in transit. Ritual doesn’t provide any information on how their ingredients or products are affected by being exposed to that kind of heat for extended periods. Because of that, I’m not comfortable using the product. I’ll be sending it back and requesting a full refund. The shipping time is one issue, but the lack of protection and no information about heat exposure is a much bigger concern to me. I wouldn’t recommend ordering this in the summer time.

I learned after the fact that this Happy Liver product is a total scam and fraud. I wish I’d researched this company better before my $99 purchase. Warning to others to research this company and product.
