Terrible customer service it says it’s money back guarantee if you do not like it you can get your money back well that’s a lie. They only return unopened unused bottles. How would you know if you didn’t like it? If you never opened the bottle would never buy anything like this again and they shipped your second one in two weeks, not a month

I dislike that i am unable to cancel a subscription I didnt even know i had. When I try to cancel it, it claims no subs cription is connected to this email. And yet they have my information to charge my card. I have emailed twice because it is the only contact option, with no response. I have not tried the product and will not from a company that has no customer service. I had to give 1 star to give a review. Otherwise it would be 0 stars …..

I don't like that i only received 1 bottle when i purchased buy 1 get 1 free and It was 3 weeks late. i contacted the company when it was delivered and so far a week later i have heard nothing back from anyone at the company. I have received 2 other orders and everything was perfect but this last one was another story. It would be nice to have some kind of customer service.
