Solid chair. THE BEST packaging I have ever seen for a product. Thank you for sending it already assembled and easy to open. The chair has provide excellent support for my posture and is comfortable. There are a few tiny details that I don’t love but overall, great chair!

Seat levers
Chair is very nice. The only complaint is sometimes the levers on the left side dont always engage to tilt the seat bottom forward or back.

Soji Cleanable Office Chair
I love the look of the chair—it’s attractive and well made. Unfortunately, there seems to be a structural issue. After sitting in it for about two hours, I start to experience back pain. The backrest is tilted forward in a way that pushes the upper back forward while providing no support for the lower back, even though I purchased the version with lumbar support. This backrest position cannot be adjusted. Additionally, the seat itself is not very comfortable.
