Love my new chair!

Love my new Chair! On order, they gave a shipping date range, it shipped exactly on the first date of that range and arrived a couple days later. Setting it up was a breeze, it came with clear instructions with color pictures, and all the functions on the chair work perfectly. My back and core are now a happy camper!

So far so good. I'm too short for most office chairs and I also need back/lumbar support. I have to use a foot rest, but, so far, am able to sit comfortably in the chair and support my back. Everything is on the last setting to make it more compact and, hopefully, that setting will work for me. Like I said, so far, so good.

I’m not sure

I really like the color of this chair, but the right armrest looks like it’s been compressed or bent. I thought it would return to its normal shape over time, but it’s been 10 days and the dent is still there. There’s also a gap in the backrest. I’m hesitant to push on it because I’m worried I might break something inside. I just started using the chair today. I checked it with a level, and it seems stable and balanced. Could you please let me know if this is normal or if I received a defective chair? Thank you!
