Comfortable headrest when reclining
The headrest is a much-needed addition to the Ergonomic Pro Chair, especially when reclining. I wish it could be pivoted forward further so when I am sitting up straight, I can lightly rest my head on the headrest without having to lean my head back and change my sight angle.

Maybe good for average height people?
For me, it's not really functional. I'm tall (6'3") and it just doesn't match up with my proportions. If I do try to lean against it it also collapses. Again, probably great for normal heights.
