Better seat, better back. Like a new chair.

Much better than the original seat that got replaced. The cushion on the old seat was getting flat after being used for a decade. New seat is very comfortable and noticeably more plush. Paired with original style back rest replacement and its like a whole new chair again for a fraction of the cost.

Like having a brand-new chair!

I'd been debating replacing the foam on my old Leap chair for months, and I'm glad that I finally did. With the thicker back bad, it actually feels better than new. I'm kicking myself for sitting on that worn-out old foam for so long.

Pleased, with two suggestions

Pleased with the results. The new seat pad and back cushion fit well, and both the cushioning and the fabric feel like upgrades over what was on my OEM Leap V2 chair. It was easy to pack and ship the removed cushions and send back to Crandall to recover the refundable deposit. I have two suggestions for how to make this experience even better: 1) include the option to purchase a seat cushion removal tool (I didn't have a long-enough screwdriver so I had to go find and buy one), and 2) include a QR code with links to instructional videos for how to remove and replace the seat cushion and seat back (I had to Google it and would up watching videos from a competitor). Thanks, I recommend this product if you want to breathe new life into your desk chair.
