I like the ingredients, I was taking them all separately so now they're all in the capsules. I only need 1 bottle not many bottles so saving money. These capsules are very effective with no side effects and no valerian, no melatonin. I'm almost most done with my first bottle and I have been sleeping 8 hours.I haven't been sleeping good for many years, have tried many supplements that were not effective.
