Good Product, Poor Demonstrations

I was happy with the product, but you would think they’d have all sorts of videos demonstrating ways to use them. Disappointed in not finding clear workouts and routines. Just seems piecemeal.

High quality

I’ve never tried bands before, only resistance tubes from Amazon and I did not have great experiences. These feel like they will last a long time and are reasonably priced.

Great product, great service

I use these with dumbbells, instead of dumbbells. I ordered these after 3 from a cheaper brand snapped on me during my workout. Ive had one from serious steel for 5 yrs!
