While recovering from shoulder replacement surgery this band allowed me to work on rebuilding the muscles. Another good quality band by this company.

Great for lateral raises, people struggling with shoulder press, and the seated wrist curl.

Perfect addition to my X3 set to be able to add extra resistance without adding to much for the smaller muscle groups.
