Great way to save time between sets!

These are great! I use these to add weight to my adjustable dumbbells so I don’t have to change the plates in between sets and I can focus on resting. I am using Pepin’s adjustable dumbbells so these fit perfectly on their old and new designed end posts. Please do not confuse my use with the Reppins, I have no idea if these would work with those.
