I workout with my wife and we swap weights constantly between sets. The quick change dial is a game changer, twist and done. The handle is thicker than I expected, I actually like it, feels solid and quality.

Only adjustable dumbbell drop rated and tested. Haven’t dropped them often, but when I have they are un affected, great design and ability to change weights simply by turning the dial.
