Easy to assemble and clean after. The vertical desigb takes up little counter space, so I am able to store it where I can see it and use it more frequently. Good purchase.

Leaks from spout, & very pulpy

My plastic juice container came cracked but I've been on travel so haven't been able to contact customer service for a replacement. Also the juice cap pour spout leaks so you better have a glass ready, I found out the hard way with beet juice all over my white counters. Also the juice is so pulpy (so you have to chew your drink, or find an external strainer and cup to strain it) which defeats the idea of a small easy to use juice. might as well had the build in strainer at that point or learn to chew the cud.
