Incredible machine

I'm really enjoying my juicer so far. The pulp comes out pretty dry for most things, with exception of produce with extremely high water content. It's also very quiet. I've made juice several times while my 8 month old was asleep in the vicinity. I was able to snag mine for a deal and I'm so glad I did. One thing that I saw as a possible issue while conducting research was the abysmal customer service. However, I haven't experienced such issues with their customer service. I've reached out several times via email or text and they've always been pleasant and responded in a reasonable time. Do yourself a favor and grab one while it's on sale.

Not as expected for price

Unfortunately not as expected for a $500 plus juicer. Doesn’t extract a lot of juice from fruits and veggies. Where the pulp comes out that spout seems to get clogged and can. E challenging do clean thoroughly for next use. It is quiet and thoughtfully designed but the aforementioned features just don’t make it worth the value as opposed to a less expensive juicer.
