Wonderful Investment

Happy with the productivity of this juicer . It extracts juice amazingly with little pulp residue . Perfect size for making small green shots ! Loving that it’s quiet . Wish the refurbished ones come with assembly / disassembly instructions . Also wish there were printed juice recipes/ not everyone wants to constantly be looking online . Cleaning is great …. . the ease of cleaning encourages more usage . My motivation is using it for fam member dealing with terminal illness to lesson the symptoms of treatment

All but one issue

it’s very slow, seven or eight minutes to make a glass of juice. But no problem, I prepackage cut up vegetables and fruit, and just toss them in and turn it on while I while I brush my teeth and make coffee. Silent as a lamb and does a beautiful job - the one star off is for how pulpy the juice is. When you take into account all of the pulp that’s in the juice, I understand why the pulp that shoots out the other side is so dry. I like some pulp in my juice, but this is a bit much and I’m debating whether to strain it or return it.

Wrong item sent

I waited weeks for the juicer and when I reached out they sent me the wrong juicer which came defective because it didn’t even turn on.they were very fast replying to my email with shipping information to send the wrong juicer back to them, let’s hope my refund is processed quickly, I was looking forward to trying this brand but I guess is not meant to be.
