Love the looks, heats up very quickly and has the option to keep the water warm if needed. It does what it is supposed to do plus some.

Great Product

We have totally enjoyed our new kettle. The settings are great and the fact that we can just throw in our Chaga or lose leaf teas and not worry because of the strain pour spout is sweet.

It’s okay...

I did not realize this had a stainless steel bottom. After using it once with R/O water it already had deposits on the stainless steel portion. The plastic lid is a negative, I never close it when I use it. Also, the return policy is awful so make sure you know the item is the right fit for you. You have to pay for return shipping and they charge a 15% restocking fee... count the $15 for shipping the item to you, by time I would have returned this I would have received less than 50% of what I paid. I was going to purchase a juicer but after realizing what the return policy is I have decided to go with a different brand!
