Love these dumbbells. Best quality for the money. Fantastic that they can adjust by every 5lbs up to 60 (I bought the 60lbs additions). I'm 47 yrs old now & not looking to win any strength competitions anymore. My wife & kids are using them as well. The structural design are NOT prohibitive to any range of motion I need.
