GREAT SO FAR

The first few time I took it, I had the Algae Burps because of the Omega-3. It wasn't that bad. This morning, there was no aftertaste. I do like the mint stick. That's a great idea. I can't say that I am 'feeling' anything, although, maybe slightly compared to other supplements I've taken. My wife has been taking Ritual for a long time. She says that she notices a difference when she misses a dose or two. I will keep taking it and see what results I get.

Best I've ever used!

I'm 73 years young and I have tried about thirty to 50 different kinds of multivitamins over the years, but these are the best. I've been with them for about three years now, and I wouldn't use any other multivitamins. I highly recommend them for anyone over 50.
