Vaca Vieja Bone-In Steak

We spend a lot of time in Pais Vasco eating txuleta and this cut, as well as, the wagyu from Campo Grande is the only meat we eat in the US…..!! They are BOTH amazing……..!!

Missed expectations

For the price, I can find much better at my local grocery store. It was bad, but I was expecting to be wowed by the quality and taste. It just didn’t do it for me at this price point.

If i could give 0 i would. Raw meat was defrosted. Box destroyed. Vacuum seal loose. Some meat entirely lukewarm. Unacceptable
