1 Gallon Wagyu Tallow

This tallow is the absolute best friend of my cast iron pans and steel woks. It works great at high heat and gives a beautiful glossy finish to food that isn't as heavy as standard tallow. It isn't a one trick pony nor is it a one size fits all, but for steaks and certain stir fries it is golden.

This tallow is absolutely fantastic! It is super smooth, and the flavor is wonderful. Definitely the best tallow on the market.

This is my second bucket that I have purchased and I love it! I use this tallow for cooking and for making skincare. Food tastes so much better cooked in this tallow.
