Great system with a single pain point
System is fantastic with one small caveat - the lowest setting is still pretty tall for ankle level exercises, benched preacher curls etc. Easy to install and very smooth once I siliconed the plate uprights.

Additional weight is a must have
You'll want the additional weight if you're doing seated rows or lat pull downs. And certain exercises where you're using both arms (like rope crunches). Definitely worth the investment if you're already getting the Athena.

Athena review
The Athena attachment has turned my power rack into a full cable system and added incredible versatility to my workouts. Great for accessory work. Only downside is the 2:1 ratio makes heavier lifts like lat pull downs too light unless resistance bands are added to the stack. Overall, 100% worth the money.
