Three Seed Bread (1 Net Carb)

Fantastic Keto Bread

I love this Keto bread with only 1 gram of carbs but 11 grams of Fiber and 7 grams of Protein for only 50 Calories!! It tastes like real bread not cardboard like other brands.

Good bread. Taste is okay. Closest to the taste of flour bread that I have tried.Does spike my blood glucose but, it's something I can live with.

I used to buy the super seeded until it wasn't super seeded anymore...I buy the three seed and it has more seeds than the super does...and it's cheaper!
