During CrossFit years ago, I always remember the nervousness before each 20in box jump after whatever lift proceeded it, now that’s all gone. This box is also quieter. If your on the fence I can tell ya it’s worth it for the soft plyo boxes, they grip well and the cushion isn’t so much that the stability of a flat platform is gone 5/5.
