I had rented an older unit that had a shoulder cuff that was different than the one I got. I liked the other cuff better

Expensive but worth it!

Expensive - but worth every penny. I was also delighted with the customer support. I especially liked the ice less system which was great for doing overnight icing on my knee.

NICE system greatly helped Wife recover from total shoulder replacement surgery. Near instant cooling controlled pain & inflammation. No need to fill with ice is great convenience. More user control over cooling cycle would be appreciated.
