Rumblex Plus 4D Vibration Plate for Full Body Fitness

Great vibration plate. Very well made. It's solid and sturdy to provide the necessary intensity you expect from a vibration plate. Just wish it had more programs for more variety, and so I don't have to figure out what settings/options to use. I had the Wave plate by LifePro before and it had 10 programs.

Excellent modality for balance, mobility, strength, and relaxation. Very impressed with customer service as well. They are the real deal and I would not hesitate ordering from them again. I always feel better after even 10 minutes on my Lifepro. Also, I have vulnerable knees, so I love how you can adjust the intensity and positioning to protect areas that need a little more protection, while still getting a workout.

Solid design. . still on the shelf with the results! Three things that they could improve , 1) wheels rattle like crazy so had to plug them to stop them rattling. . 2) the arm bands are not sizeable so useless to me. . 3) would be much easier if they supplied a laminated exercise card. Pay a lot of money and nice adder . .
