I initially thought i’d return the machine - but after giving the unit a second chance I am happy with the muscle toning results. A nice workout tool & toy!
The machine is very cumbersome though - but have it in a perfect place so it is not in the way or an eyesore. The chord is finicky too - it sometimes unplugs from the unit when using.
The unit is powerful & your body will rock & roll on it - your joints will feel looser. I once tried a seated exercise on it as per a Lifepro suggested exercise - machine sent powerful and mildly irritating vibrations via the tailbone.
10min a day max on it has given more definition to my legs (thighs especially) - a good workout for the extremities ultimately. Hip flexors have derived benefit too.

This is the best thing going you can use evening you are in a wheelchair like my son frome strokes. He loves it because it gives him strength in his legs and hip joints. I use it also I'm 77 years old it strength in my bones and muscles, even my joints. Thank you so much for the charts. The plus you can loose pounds so easy to use. I set I a chair also. It's a must have for a healthy life. You don't have to go to the gym.

I rate it a 5 because it does do a great job. I just needed to figure out what works best for me and the leg & arm workouts for 15 minutes each seem to do the job every other day!
