Time to take care of me

This is the wellness tool I never knew I needed. It has given me a quiet space to reflect and sweat. After a good workout or a stressful day, I look forward to unwinding with some mellow music playing via bluetooth. I feel more in touch with my body and mind and wellbeing after a session in the sauna.

I’ve been using this infrared sauna daily for the past two weeks, and I’m extremely disappointed with its performance. The product description states that the sauna can reach up to 150°F, but that has not been my experience at all. The temperature inside my home typically ranges between 68–70°F, and that’s exactly where the sauna starts when turned on. It takes approximately 30 minutes just to reach 115°F, which already feels underwhelming. I’ve experimented by letting it heat for nearly an hour without sitting inside, and even then, it doesn’t go beyond 115°F. The only way the temperature climbs closer to 125°F is when I’m sitting inside and essentially contributing my own body heat—but even then, it maxes out around 127°F at best. Not once has this unit come close to the advertised 150°F. I purchased this sauna hoping to experience a true, deep infrared sweat, but unfortunately, that hasn’t been the case. If i could return, i 100% would. Not worth $2k..
