I use the PowerDot almost everyday. It’s amazing, works and massages muscles. It’s helped me through a shoulder injury and long term hip pain. I always use this on long flights, I’m not sore after flying anymore. Love this product:)

Butterfly pad without handles.

The downside is that removing it from body, damages the pad, since it has nonstick handles to remove it. Please make it correctly. Thank you!
