One Month Down- decent start
To be fair, I’ve only used this for about a month now, so I don’t expect my results to be full swing yet- but, I noticed that I do have more energy during the day and my post workout recovery time seems a bit faster, so I’ll try another couple months to see if I notice more changes over time. The energy alone is a nice change. I’ll make updates in a few months, but so far I’m feeling optimistic!
