I have been thinking I should add this to my diet so I took the plunge. I picked the codeage coq10 because I have bought other supplements from the company and the quality and purity of them is very good. These were easy to swallow and didnt have an aftertaste and I only had to take one a day so the bottle lasts for 2 months. I would buy it again

Always dependable source of excellent quality CoQ10, no after taste
